All active EWB-USA members automatically receive a Volunteer Village account which contains all Program, Community Partnership, Project, Technical Plan & Report, and Trip information for EWB-USA's International Community Programs. All program and project work and submittals are submitted directly within Volunteer Village. However, only those EWB-USA members who are actively working on projects need access to PAWS.
Before requesting access it is important that the member has already signed up and created a Volunteer Village account. Once the members has a Volunteer Village account then they can request access to PAWS by using the Support tab and selecting Support Request. Chapter Leaders and Officers can also request that specific members have access to their chapter's programs. The same procedure should be used to remove a member's access to PAWS. Within the Support Request be sure to state what chapter they are affiliated and their current role, this information is needed in order to provide access to PAWS and may delay Support Request if not initially provided..
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHANGE NAMES, EMAILS OR ROLES WITHIN PAWS WITHOUT SUBMITTING A REQUEST.
If you cannot get into Volunteer Village in order to submit a Support request, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with name, email, role, and chapter for the member(s) requesting access to PAWS.
