All active EWB-USA members automatically receive a Volunteer Village account, however, only those EWB-USA members who are actively working on programs or are chapter officers need to request access to projects.
Before requesting access it is important that the member has already signed up and created a Volunteer Village account. Once the members has a Volunteer Village account then they can request access to projects by using the Support tab and selecting Support Request then selecting "Request User's Access to PAWS." In the Description Request identify the person who needs access and their role in the Chapter. Chapter Leaders and Officers can also request that specific members have access to their chapter's programs. The same procedure should be used to remove a member's access to PAWS. Within the Support Request be sure to state what chapter they are affiliated and their current role, this information is needed in order to provide access to PAWS and may delay Support Request if not initially provided.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHANGE NAMES, EMAILS OR ROLES WITHIN THE PROJECT PROCESS WITHOUT SUBMITTING A REQUEST.
If you cannot get into Volunteer Village in order to submit a Support request, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with name, email, role, and chapter for the member(s) requesting access to PAWS.
